World Languages

PreK-5 Programs are offered at the following schools:

In NHPS Latin classes, students develop the ability to:
• acquire and use accurately level-specific Latin words and phrases.

Depending on the school, world languages may be offered at the 5th and 6th grade level.

Students in Level IV classes expand their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills to the intermediate low/mid/high levels b

The Level II curriculum is comprised of 4 main units and one flex-unit. The first four full units fall exactly on a quarter, as illustrated in the box to the right.
