As part of School Change, the district solicits feedback from principals and administrators to assess the central office's performance. NHPS believes that accountability must exist at every level of the education system, from teachers to principals to the central office administrators.
Beginning in 2009-10, all NHPS principals and assistant principals have been invited to participate in this annual in-house survey measuring the quality of the management, support and tools that school-based administrators receive from the district’s central office.
